If a group meets our group reservation minimum (7 people or more receiving services), 100% of payment is due in full in order to confirm your reservation. Payment will include all tax (6.625%) and suggested gratuity (20%). Gratuity can be adjusted the day of your event, should you like to increase, or in the unlikely event, decrease the amount.
What is the cancellation policy for a group spa reservation?
A spa group reservation can be cancelled up to 7 days prior to the reservation with no fees and a full refund. After 7 days, guests may cancel, reschedule and modify up until 72 hours prior to their event for a refund in the form of a gift card.
