If a group meets our group reservation minimum (7 people or more receiving services), 100% of payment is due in full in order to confirm your reservation.  Payment will include all tax (6.625%) and suggested gratuity (20%).  Gratuity can be adjusted the day of your event, should you like to increase, or in the unlikely event, decrease the amount.

A spa group reservation can be cancelled up to 7 days prior to the reservation with no fees and a full refund.  After 7 days, guests may cancel, reschedule and modify up until 72 hours prior to their event for a refund in the form of a gift card.  After 72 hours, all cancellations and rescheduling requests are subject to no refunds.

1. Fill out the below form.  One our experienced supervisors will contact you within 48 hours to discuss your event.
2. Availability & Scheduling.  Our team will work with you to get the best date and time for your event, and hold your reservations while the invoice is created.
3. Invoice & Payment. The invoice will be sent directly to you for pre-payment. Once paid, we will follow up on finalizing all the details of the reservation.
4. Confirmation. We’ll send you the confirmation of your spa treatment with everything you need to know.
5. Spa Day! We ask that all of our guests arrive at least one hour prior to their treatments, to give time to check in and relax.
